Olivia shakes her head, forcing a little smile. "Sorry, I was just... It's nothing." She can't even come up with a believable lie for what interrupted her train of thought - a part of her feels like he'd know, somehow, if she did lie, and the rest of her doesn't want to lie to him.
She'll tell him if he needs to know. When she decides it really is a legitimate concern. But until then... There's no reason to give him one more thing to worry about.
